Went lunch with Mr & Mrs Li Loke Tai again at 'Tung Lok' restaurant. Yummy! braised shark-fin again with super stock! Yummy 'Tim-sum' and lots of chef's specialty. Oh dear! Got to watch my waistline for good heart.... Have to work out now!!

No dinner tonight except fruits!!
