The spirit of Christmas is in the air and in everyone's heart. As I took a bus down Orchard Road, everywhere is packed with people doing shopping as next week is Christmas eve. It is so nice to see all the beautiful lightings down everywhere and you could feel it is a magical celebration already along Orchard Road.

On the other hand things are so so different in Singapore General Hospital where the spirit is NOT there at all. Visitors are there seeing their loved ones and it is so tense and stressful atmosphere seeing patients with all kinds of diseases. It is very sad on this side of the platform.
