Yesterday went to 'Rasa Sentosa' for buffet lunch with my family. Wow! my hometown! I love the sight of just staring at the beach, watching people enjoying themselves. But what a pity? its goodness will be transformed into a rich island, with Casino and houses for the very rich. Yes, a 'waste of the heritage' once and those were the days!

The phrase "waste of the heritage" is used to describe the process of meditation and discover wonderful scenery of Sentosa.

Meditation is more than reading and book and seeing is believing. It's applies in our daily stressful life for deep thoughts and take time for a good dream on.
